Okay, here is what you need to do, I have fought this battle myself. If you have already tried to install and had problems, the first thing you need to do is go to Nero's site and get what they call the Nero Clean Tool. It will wipe away all traces of the original failed install. Then download the latest version of Nero 7 from them and install it. When installing, instead of just double clicking the installer, right click and select Run as Administrator. If you need any further help, feel free to email me.
Oh and one more thing, also do the right click Run as Adminstrator when running the Clean Tool.

I cant either. Try getting the latest version from the Nero website. I have the pirate edition so i cant

Get Rid of it ... I had it for 1 day and i got rid of it . Too new for one thing, and nobody knows anything about it to ask for help .Personally i think its so new that they haven't gotten rid of all the kinks in it yet .

mite be cos the computer is to new and is not compatible
