Well, that if you do a little research on your birth sign, you, by personality not by some god given right, are more compatible to some people of certain signs. I'm a believer that your zodiac tells a guideline of your personality. For example, I'm a Pisces. I'm romantic (hopeless one I might add), I'm sensitive to people, and I have a pretty good understanding of human emotions, and I can make you live a dream. But I also hate hard hitting reality problems, and I'm emotionally sensitive. So someone with a sign that thinks more logically than emotionally may get tired of my constant emotional upheavals and living a "dream". So 'the jist of it' it's just what other signs your sign is compatible with. Hope that this helps you.
