Silicone implants are considered to be compatible with breastfeeding, but the surgery itself can affect breastfeeding for some moms. For example, if the nipple had to be removed and replaced during the surgery, that cuts down on your chances of nursing successfully. Sometimes milk ducts are cut during the surgery, but they are usually more careful about this now than in the past. A mom who has had any kind of breast surgery may or may not be able to produce a full supply.....either way it's worth trying!

yes u can still nurse cuz the implant is placed behind the pectorial muscle, there's no interference with the milk glands cuz they'r in the fatty tissue of the breast.
