Take a metal can and pour an amount of fluid into the can, then use a match to light a length of rolled newspaper to ignite the lighter fluid and burn it until it is gone. Then just throw the empty container away in the garbage.
OR
if you have a neighbor that smokes and uses a zippo lighter, or other fluid filled lighter offer it to him/her.

Do you have an empty paint can or an empty Coffee can, and then call the Garbage comp. in your town and go from their.
