need to put lotion on my back but finding it tricky!!

I had this problem when travelling in Australia on my own, and sitting on a beach was too shy to ask a stranger to rub some suncream on my back, so it got burnt!
When it got really sore later, I spread cream on a plastic bag and lay back on it....waoh!! Sooo good!

Pour a load in the bath or whatever and just wiggle around in it or something lol

i little blue peter i know but......... wrap a baby wipe around something long!! maybe a coat hanger or stick! then apply your lotion to the baby wipe and it should spread quite well!! Good luck!

might be an idea to try to cream it from all angles, start from the top at the shoulders, then around the arm pits, then do your lower back!!! if that fails you could always ask someone to help you!!!!!
