2. get a job
3. get a credit card or a bank loan
Real ways of making money require an initial investment, so really you need money to make money. This is also true of offering services or starting a business- legally, you need to obtain a business license and liability insurance to offer any skilled services you might have (piano lessons, massage therapy, making jewelry, etc... even buying and selling things on the internet technically requires a retailer's license, so you can get nabbed for operating an unlicensed business and tax fraud even for flipping merchandise on ebay!). The best ways of makign serious money require a great deal of skilled planning and a sizeable initial investment.
Without an initial investment, all you can do is work or sell whatever you own. That's it. Anyone who tells you differently is trying to con you. Don't ever believe someone will pay you serious (or any) money to work from home, or browse the internet, or crud like that. Don't fall for pyramid schemes (although those require an investment as well, except you never earn it back).

You could do what Rick Ross does:" Everyday I'm Hustlin, Everyday I'm Hustlin"!! Just kidding.
Ask your parents or family if there is anything around the house that you can do for them (painting, cleaning up, mowing grass, etc...
Or you could just get a job somewhere if your old enough.
