Earphone to Line-in using male-male audio cable. Easy enough. Available in any local "Radio Shack". Sometimes called dubbing cable.

Typically, you upload the files to the computer with a usb cable, not the sound ports.

Once it's connected to the pc, the recorder usually appears as a E: or F: drive. You browse to the folder and copy the files, or use there software to transfer and manage the files.

If you look in the recorder, there should be files on the digital recorder that end in .wav or something similar. these are the files you need to copy to your pc.
