I'm planning to get a new airator afer yours of use mine busted. I want a quiter one I thinking a wispher (tetra), rena, or elite (hagen) give me your opinions thanks.

Hagen in my opinion is the best. Tetra brand is okay too. Hagen overall has better products.

I've bought quite a few for use in reptile and amphibian tanks. I like the rena and tetra tec deep models best.

I have run the tetras with great success.
However if you are using it for airation for your tank, don't worry about getting one. They don't do much for adding dissolved oxygen to your tank. They are for show only.

I haven't bought an air pump in several years, but I do recall thinking that the rena was a quite pump.
