You DO have special skills, D H!
You play sports, right? That's team work, a necessary skill for working.
Are you in any extracurricular activities at school or church? That usually requires good people skills.
Do you play video games? Manual dexterity (good with your hands).
As far as machines, you use a computer and different software packages, you can list those.

Most of those questions ask about arrests for a certain period of time such as; 7 or 10 years. If you have had no arrest in the last 7-10 years you can truthfully answer no and be done with it. I have never told an employer that i have police record because you will not get the job if you do, but I have also lost a couple of good jobs because they later found out. But i have had many more good jobs because i lied than i would have had if I would have told the truth. So this is decision you have to make Whatever you decide under no circumstances let fellow employees know that you have a police record because they will use it against you the first chance they get if it will better their own position. You hav a theft record so be assured that if you apply for a job that includes the responsibility of handling money you will not get the job if the employer is aware of your record. My record dates back to 1958 and i am now retired but never have and never would tell a prospective employer that i have a record.

These types of questions are all about how you word them. For instance, for the first question, you can list any class you've taken that wasn't required, such as an elective, or you can put a group you belong to, or a team.
For the second question, you can say you have customer service skills and you can lift heavy objects. I don't think baggers really use many objects other than a conveyor belt. You can even say you've helped your parents bag also, or something like that.
For additional information, you can describe your good qualities. You can say that you learn quickly, you're focused, and have an eye for detail, and you take direction very well. You can add anything else in there that you think is one of your qualities, this is just a rough outline.
If you get the interview, just sell yourself and your good qualities :)
Hope this helps!

If the question really dosen't apply to you, just put N/A. As far as the area where it asks for any additional info, feel free to describe yourself, your favorite activities, and what you believe you can accomplish working for their company. It may just be a bagger's job, but it's still a job. Good luck.

The first one would be thinsg like patience, speed, good manners.
If you think you might like to be promoted someday, use the seond one to list stuff you might know that could get you promoted. Can you operate a cash register,or use office software? If not, just leave it blank. You're only 16.
Good luck in your new job.
