Probably since men have more height and body mass, the heart has to be stronger to reach the extremities. Therefore, when stabbed in the heart each pump puts more blood out.

Males are physically bigger than females. Bigger body= more blood in the body and a bigger heart. So when you stab a male, there is more blood to lose and the bigger heart will pump it out at a faster rate.

A man tends to have a bigger body which means more total blood to bleed out. I think if you compared small man and large woman the numbers would look the same.

Does it really matter? Both will be dead in minutes... But if it's true, I will guess that men's hearts pump harder because we get erections and the extra blood flow is needed to support pro-creation activities. So it's a genetic thing.
