He is a leader but it is very hard to lead with all the Democrats on his back I think he has to worry more about thier anti american ways. It's good vs evil. I believe President Bush is just plain tired. I whould not want to be in his shoe's.

A good leader fills the positions on his staff with well qualified people. President George W. Bush had done that well.
