Hun, you need to get Banana Boat foaming sunless tanner, it sticks! It has a special base which bonds it with your skin for days!

No Ad or Bull Frog. SPF is the key and apply often. You will get a tan naturally over time. Just please don't get that saddle bag, Phoenix, grand mother look when you get older. Tanning in it of itself is for those that regale in the glory years of the 70's. Natural is best. I mean get some sun but don't be a slave to it either. Nothing looks cornier than someone that actively tans. Whether in a tanning bed, beach or sprayed on.

There is a sun cream called P20 which you should apply 1 hour before going into the sun to allow it to soak into the skin. If you apply the lotion in this way you will not need to reapply it all day and it will continue to protect your skin even after swimming. If you don't allow the lotion to soak in for an hour though, it will stain your clothes. If you follow the instructions there will be no problems.

Get a fake tan. Those don't sweat off but you risk looking like a Creamsicle. Maybe just go with your natural skin, it's a natural match.

Get a really good lotion that goes inside your skin (not fatty/greasy) and don't stay on the outside. Apply it 45 min before you go out in the sun. See if that helps.
