How can create more space within my bathroom without having to knock down a wall, Please I need suggestions!!

It can be more useful with SHELF or CUPBOARD on the top mostly.

I have a really small bathroom too. Look for the smallest commode you can find, especially the new ones with hardly any tank on the back. Then either opt for a corner-mounted sink with cabinets underneath if you need the storage, or for the most room, go for a pedestal sink. Paint the walls a light color, make sure the flooring/carpeting is light in color also, and make sure you have good lighting. You don't have to paint everything white, just use a light hue of whatever colors you like. Don't neglect the ceiling! If it's dingy or dark, give that a coat of light paint too! That should give the illusion of more room!

Place some overhead shelves on the walls, and place a cabinet over the toilet. Change to door so that it opens out instead of in, thus giving you a little more space.

a pedestal sink is one option to think about if you don't already have one.
