It could be a subconscious hope to get pregnant with his baby or... random firings of the brain during REM sleep which touch off memories and feelings inside of it.

well dreams are made up of things that you see and things that go on and blah blah blah the bases of a dream is nothing they sometimes make sense and other times make no sense what so ever this mean nothing and maybe u just like this man!!!
