NO PROBLEMO,they have been trying that for years and fail at every turn ! The only way to rid Rush from stating truths is to try to catch him lying and Rush is unable to do that ! And the only reason they want him off is the TRUTH hurts!!

Rush has already altered his show so it's not as offensive as it was. You're not hearing Obama the magic ***** now.

Imus was big, but Rush would be huge. Don't go into the argument that he's been doing it for years. Imus had a longer track record.

If an attack occurs on Rush or Hannity, people will really need to speak up in their defense. Once this starts, who knows what speech or even this internet thing will last.

He is a great talking point.

I think liberals are perfectly happy with people like Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and Ann Coulter speaking for the right. These people do an excellent job keeping the moderates (who have the deciding votes) alienated from the GOP.

I often don't engage in questions like these, but I do have one thing to say: celebrities, personalities (whatever that means), and politicians wouldn't keep getting into so much crap with the society that they so desperately rely on for income if they thought for two seconds before they spoke. And that goes for people on both sides of the fence.

Honestly, how stupid do you have to be to say something that you know is going to p*ss people off and think that someone won't call you out on it?

Oh wait . . . publicity. I keep forgetting.

Theres a little known Liberal movement called something like "Fairness in Media" act that is being financed by George Soros, and backed by the likes of Hanoi Jane Fonda and her Hollywood pals like Danny Glover and George Clooney.
The Left is really pissed off at their failure to have any really successful media programming, mainly radio, and want to control conservative shows. Basically they are trying to eliminate freedom of speech beyond what their agenda approves.
It seems they are trying to pass a law that will enable them to prevent certain things from being discussed without their permission.
They just had a big deal gathering a couple of months ago.
I dont have the link, but it is on the internet.
Of course the verbage of the "coverage" is oh so politically correct that it makes this thing seem on the up and up, but it is a serious attempt to muzzle their opposition.
Some "Party of Tolerance" huh?

Everything has been tried and failed. He has been on the air since the Reagan administration and will continue to be on until HE decides to retire. I'm sorry you are so jealous of his popularity. Although Rush is the most popular conservative talk show host there are hundreds more conservatives on competeing stations. Liberal talk is just boring!

Who cares about Rush his show is like watching reality TV show as Rush gets all excited and tries to prove he always right. In fact Rush's views are so far to the RIGHT he still believes the world is flat.

He will make a comment about a pot calling a kettle black, and Mr. Sharpton and Jack-hole will be on top of his *** within a matter of minutes.
