Just recently my computer was having problems so I earsed everything from it. I reinstalled the newest version of internet explorer but for some reason every time I try to watch videos or anything like that I'm told that I don't have java installed on my computer. What can I do to fix this?

Go to the Java website and download the latest version (link below). What you are looking for is Java SE (standard edition) Runtime Environment (Sun Java JRE), which is what is required for client computers. If you take up software development, you can install the Java Developer Kit (JDK) but it isn't necessary for client installations.
