I never have been to the doctor for back pain or any other health problems I was having because of my breast. My breast are a 38DDD do you think insurance would cover a big portion of the cost to have a reduction? And if so do I need to prove cronic back pain?

I never had to show proof (chiropractor visits, etc) to get approved for my breast reduction. My PS just sent in pictures and stated I've complained about back/neck/shoulder pain, had grooves in my shoulders due to my bra holding up heavy breasts, and rashes under my breasts.

BUT, different insurance companies and plans will require different things. SOME require losing weight, some require chiropractic visits, etc. You will just have to submit your information and see if they take that or need more information from you.

My insurance approved me and paid 100% of it. All I had to do was pay for the hospital copay and prescription for vicodin (which I did not need).

This site helped me out a lot before and after my surgery:
