When I am down I listen to Blue October, The Postal Service or the Killers. Turn it up really loud and sing my heart out for about a half hour. :) Cheer up. It's a beautiful day.

Low Level Flight(oh yeah another Ontario band)- Turn around P.O.D- Youth of the nation Faber Drive- Sleepless nights, don't like the band because its to Pop for me but I like the song. Nickelback- Never again Tragically Hip- 38 years old, lol just because of the Twelve men broke loose in 73 from Millhaven Maximum Security because Tragically Hip come from Kingston, Ontario and I know its real and I know that prison. Aerosmith- Janies got a gun Psychosocial- Slipknot, I headbang to it everytime its awesome Bon Jovi- Living on a prayer Bon Jovi- Bad medicine Theory of a deadman- Bad girlfriend Yeah, they are kind of sad songs but they bring me up because I can relate to them so much. I don't listen to happy songs when I'm sad but its like wtf is this I can't relate to this...So I listen to stuff I can relate to so I know that I'm not alone and I'm not the only one.

I don't listen to music when I'm down, I grab the nearest instrument and just start to play what I'm feeling at the time. I broke the bridge of my cello the other day doing that :P

I listen to Less Than Jake.

the upbeat music always lifts me up. I don't like feeling down about things and I used to listen to Less Than Jake a lot when I was in my teens, so it brings back a youthful quality in me.
