Regardless of being circumcised or uncircumcised, making it bigger is unsafe. The status plays no role. There's devices and pills but most don't work. Those devices can even injure your penis by messing up the blood flow, which can then mess your erections up permanently.
My advice is to enjoy whatever size you have. The average length is about 6 inches, the only studies that I've heard of a higher average are internet surveys, which aren't accurate due to exaggeration and different measurings.
As for being uncircumcised, most guys in the world are, including in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. And the rates are going down in the USA rather quickly, with some states reaching below 15% already. And new studies have found that being uncircumcised keep it more sensitive for sex and masturbation.

I had a six inch nice penis but i wanted it to be huge so i used pills and a pump and now i have a 13 inch penis. Trust me, you want to have a penis this big...it is awesome! The only bad thing is that it is tiring to jack off. I am not circumsised and i am a classic example that penis enlargement is possible. Plus i am only 16 years old

NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There are NO pills or medicines that can enlarge your penis. All such claims are fraudulent scams. There are pumps that can temporarily enlarge your penis just before sex, but the penis returns to its natural size soon after using the pump. Instead of worrying about size, why not live with what you have, use it well, and develop techniques that will please your partner? Now, that's a thought!!

Yes, circumsized or not natural penis enlargement will increase both the length and girth of your penis. Some men actually find many exercises easier to do if youre uncut.
