I don't know where/how to get aim triton to figure out if that will work.
And, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times, nothings working.
Help?

you usually get that because your internet isn't working... even though you still are on the internet, you can try restarting your computer.

There are several reasons in fact more than a dozen why its not working but I will hit the major ones..... There may be a conflict with another program you have running to see if this is the case try hitting ctr alt del and then end process on all running programs and dont worry if the program is needed for windows to run it wont let u close it You can also close all the programs running on the task bar near the clock..... then try and run AIM.... the second possible cause is if you are on a network like as SCHOOL or WORK where they have the network set up to not allow AIM to connect...

First of all, aim triton isn't the newest aim. Aim 6.0 is. Download from aim.com
To fix the "service cannot be reached" message, First check your firewall settings, and make sure that aim is allowed.
