I'm doing a lab report for my biology class and I have everything else that I need, but one question that I still have is how are the Rh factors inherited? Is it dominant and recessive like Mendel's principles or is it something else like incomplete dominance? I can't ask my teacher because this is due tomorrow (4/16)

Rh factor is inherited seperately from ABO blood type factor. It follows Mendel's principle of dominant and recessive genes. + is dominant, and - is recessive

++ ---> positive
+- ---> positive
-- ---> negative

good luck on your lab!

It's simple dominance where having the Rh factor (being positive) is dominant and not having the Rh factor (being negative) is recessive.
