lol - i am forcing myself to tackle it today. i have painted walls with smudgy hand prints. what can i use on them that wont leave a film yet get them clean. i've used amonia and it leaves a film

wash the walls with warm water (gallon) that has had a mild detergent (best is murphy's oil soap-small amount tablespoon) added to it and a 1/2 cup white vinegar. wash from the bottom up and work in small sections- washing and rinsing as you go. They say you do this once a year- UGH rather wait until the authorities come in and condemn it first! Good luck- and play a cd loud while your doing it- time will fly.

I wish there was a pill. But I guess any energy pill would help you. As for the smudge marks, try a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. They are fabulous!! Just make sure you try in on a unseen area first to make sure it doesn't ruin the paint, it shouldn't, but just be safe. Also, 409 works good to just spray in on and wipe it off with a wet rag.

Use hot water and a few drops of hair shampoo. Suds it up and use a Magic Eraser to clean your walls.
As for the magic pill...just invite a friend over to help you out and keep you moving. Treat yourself and your friend to a special treat when you're done with a good job.

Try this , take the white dough part from your bread and rub , this will remove the mark´s then wash with cold water and a small amount of your own washing up liquid

No, unfortunately. However, do you have any good music that you like to listen to? That seems to help me. I put on "Scheherazade" and it seems to help with the motivation.
