a place w/fun and excitement happens, maybe where they offer a band or other entertainment, make it memorable, you only have one birthday in a yr make it a good one

City and State would help. Cheesecake factory or it's no cousin Grand Lux Cafe and you can't go wrong unless you count calories.

A good steakhouse is always my choice, one that has a varied menu in case some people don't want steak.
