Call the troops back to Washigton D.C from Baghdad, and it would become more safer than ever !! I guess !

In some ways, yes.
As I write, I will get off from work in half an hour, and leave the safety of my building--and be in the heart of a crime-riddled Washington street scene crawling with crack and alcohol addicted blacks. I have witnessed stabbings, sexual assaults, muggings, and various other crimes in the immediate area. I don't know what it's like in Baghdad, but I'm sure some parts of Baghdad are safer than most parts of DC...DC is 80% black, and the crime is so rampant I am disgusted that our nation's capital tolerates their depravity with so much "political correctness" that we aren't permitted to call things as they are...

You wouldn't think so if you drove during rush hour. You'd swear some body took out all the bridges, when traffic comes to a halt.

Washington is far safer than the Bagdad green zone.
No one is blowing up bombs in DC! And there is far less security in DC. Amazing.
