Ok a few nights ago I woke up with my lower back hurting kinda like I just slept on it wrong. Before I even got out of bed I started having sever abdoninal pains that lasted for an hour or so. I took some pain meds and sat in a tub of hot water and eventually it went away. My back since then has been sore like it just really needs to pop good but I have poped it with no reliefe. I have not had anymore sever pains either. About two weeks ago I had a UTI which I would urinate and still feel the need to go. I took the antibiotic for it and after day one on thouse I felt much better. I am calling first thing Monday morning to get an appt with the doc but I am jsut wonderig what everyone thinks. I have never had a kidney infection or back problems. I has 2 UTI's while pregnant with each child. I don't feel the urge to pee more or less. My urian I guess could be called a little cloudy but I don't really pay attention to it to compair it when I wasn't having problems.

I'm going through the same thing you are right now I woke with SEVERE back pain cramping all that in fact i went to the hospital earlier today because it just would not go away and i have a kidney infection i hope that's not your case because I cant take anythign for it right now and OMG this HURTS
The only reason I'm sitting up ( well halfway) is because I'm trying to stay awake untill my 3 year old falls asleep Good luck to you I would say call your doctor it could just be regular pregnancy stuff. get a heating pad that should help.

Yes, it's possible that this could be a kidney infection. You mentioned about having to poop so it's also possible that something could be going on with your bowel because you mentioned that when you tried to go you got no relief from it. That's good that you are calling the dr in the a.m. as they can help you try to figure out what could be going on.

I couldn't just sit around and do nothing like my doctors suggested.

They didn't want me to do anything or to take herbs or herbal remedies, but I had to try something - they just wanted me to do dialysis!

This program allowed me to take control of my health. I went from Stage 4 to Stage 3 kidney disease.

It was easy to do and my BUN, creatinine and anemia are all in better ranges.
