Last night, an hour after my pill, I was eating food and a little got stuck in my throat so I coughed and drank water. Would this 'choking' have affected my pill? I didn't throw up...I mean, I would have known if I did right?

No, choking won't affect your pill.

Even if you did throw up it wouldn't matter. The pill would have already been absorbed through your stomach by then.

You're fine.
By the time you had this choking, the pill would have passed into your small intestine and out of your stomach. So even if you had thrown up, you would not have lost the pill.

no you're fine.

i have heard though that you're supposed to wait so long before you eat after taking medicine as using the bathroom afterwards can affect the pill being absorbed.

The pill would have dissolved and been digested into your system by then. No worries.

As long as you swallowed it or it went down someway, you should be fine.
