She is 5 1/2 months old and has consistent problems with constipation. My doctor told me to give her prune juice but I do not know how much water to dilute with her prune juice. Want to give her 3 oz prune juice.

Try diluting it like this: 3 oz prune juice, 3 oz. water. Hope it works!

I'd probably try 2oz water 1oz prune juice to start. If that works, continue with it, if not go to a 50-50 mixture.

Dilute it half and half, like you would any full strength juice.
