There is absolutely nothing on your CPU! All your stuff is on your hard drive! Get an installation disc for an OS system you want then do a clean install. Choose to install windows on your existing partition. You will get a warning about sharing partitions. Ignore it and proceed. A complete wipe of your old OS will happen, then the new OS will install! Make sure to save anything you want to keep on CD or Floppy first! Choose ADVANCED option and not UPGRADE! Hope this helps!

Get a boot disk from eBay. Run the computer in DOS mode and format the drive. Then reinstall Windows. You can also just purchase a Windows CD and it will give you the option of formatting the drive... then you can reinstall Windows.
