I could be where you are masturbating or how often. If I do it more than say 3 times a day it starts to get sore from being erect so much. That includes having sex 3 times a day.
If you do it in the shower, soap may be getting in and that can sting once you come.

Are you circumcised or intact? Many men get very sensitive just after orgasm. I am circumcised and I can't bear to use lube over my glans just at the point of orgasm. I have to stop stroking because it hurts. Using what loose skin I have left is more comfortable though less satisfying in another way because I don't have enough skin left to do more than just come over the edge of the glans.
So what you are experiencing may be totally normal but it is hard to say without more information.

Every thing you doing is normal, but it don't suppose to hurt, something is wrong, maybe you are masturbating earlier, if not go check it with your family doctor.
