Your parents are in charge of insurance. They'll be involved.
You wouldn't spend the night, though.
How tight is the foreskin? If it's not that tight you can manually stretch it. That's what I did and now everything's perfect; feels great. All you have to do is do it in the shower and it'll stretch out more and more.
If you live in countries where circumcision isn't normally done (which is Europe, Latin America, and Asia; pretty much everywhere, haha) you can also ask for a steroid cream that works in 95% of cases. Well you can ask for it in the USA too (you can even buy it online; it's very cheap), I'm just saying...
http://www.scielo.br/scielo.php?pid=S1677-55382005000400012&script=sci_arttext
It's 0.05% betamethasone
Also, I don't know your age but if you've just started trying to slide it down, your foreskin may not be tight at all. When you first try what happens is that the foreskin is attached to the head, just like it is on younger children. Pulling it back when you shower and washing it will separate it. If tight, see my above comments, though.

No, there really isn't a way for you to get a circumcision without your parents' knowledge unless you are 18 or older. There are several things you should try first before considering circumcision, some of which you could do yourself.
First try "stretching exercises." In one stretching exercise, take two fingers and hook a finger on either side of the foreskin opening and pull in opposite directions (like increasing its radius) as far as it'll go without pain or discomfort. Stretch and hold for a few seconds, then let it relax, then repeat the process for a few minutes each day for a few weeks to a month. It's best to do this after a shower/bath.
If after a month and this doesn't work, then you do need to see a doctor. Ask him/her about prescription creams. In one study, these creams are the most cost-effective of all the treatments a doctor can give you (see link 1). If after another month or so and this doesn't work, then you should consider surgical options.
Know that this doesn't necessarily mean circumcision. There are other procedures that remove less foreskin, are cheaper, are less painful, and have a quicker recovery time (see link 2). Furthermore, there are varying degrees of circumcision - some of which remove only a little foreskin and essentially leaves you with a shorter, but functional, foreskin (see link 3).
If you don't want a circumcision, chances are you don't need one as there are many options to be tried first. If your doctor pushes for a circumcision that you don't want, you should seek a second opinion. See the last 3 links for more info on phimosis (tight foreskin) and good luck with whatever you try.

Whoa! If you are under 18, your foreskin may not have finished growing; it may loosen up on its own. Or it's possible you have a minor case of phimosis. You don't need to be circumcised in either case. In most parts of the world phimosis is very successfully treated without surgery. In the US doctors (often circumcised themselves) like to take the way that is easiest and most profitable FOR THEM. But it's not their ***** being permanently mutilated! The only real medical indications for circumcision are frostbite, cancer, or gangrene in the foreskin area. All three are extremely rare.
Try stretching the skin very gently with your fingers. It's usually easy to do in a warm bath, or else use some baby oil or lotion. Just hook your fingers on two sides of the skin and pull until it just starts to hurt - no more - hold a few seconds, relax, and then repeat. If you do this as often as you can for a couple of weeks, the skin will probably start to loosen. If not, do ask the doctor for some hormone cream to help. If all this sounds slow and tedious, just think of the weeks of pain you are likely to endure after a circumcision!
Sometimes you just need to change the way you masturbate. See http://www.cirp.org/library/treatment/phimosis/beauge2/
Take a look at the excellent information at http://www.cirp.org/library/treatment/phimosis You'll need to scroll past the stuff about babies, but there are a lot of good links. Good luck - and don't let anybody chop off your foreskin! Get a second - even a third - opinion before you let anyone near your penis with anything sharp!

Laurie, you only need to "stretch" the opening slightly, and your intact penis will work perfectly. Using your fingers, simply pull out on your foreskin, away from your body, and hold for up to five minutes. Repeat the "stretch" two or three times each day and in short order your foreskin will retract.
The process will accelerate if you insert a finger or two and pull out, at right angles to your penile shaft, as though you were holding open a plastic bag.
See: http://www.cox-internet.com/dougs_site/images/method%208.jpg
Circumcision, or male genital mutilation, is neither required or desireable, as amputation of the most sensitive tissue on your body (which is the foreskin) will forever limit your ability to experience the full range of your sexuality.

Laurie:
It is a shame when a guy has phimosis, where your foreskin is too tight to pull back. You are a very brave young man to be willing to seek out a circumcision. I support you in getting it done.
Depending on your age, you may need to have your parents permission to get done, so if at all possible, try talking to one or both.
You may want to see your doctor first though, and get his/her advice. If a circumcision needs to be done you will then be able to say that to your parents.
When you do, start by saying thanks that you got to reach this decision for yourself. (Even if you would prefer that you would have been done as a baby, make sure that your parents are assured that you do not resent their choice. It makes them much more willing to support you in getting this done!)
By the way, a circumcision can be done as 'day surgery'. You can be in, circumcised and out all in the same day.
With that said, it may help if a share a recent experience I had in helping a 15 year old boy get his circumcison done. Like you, he had a foreskin that was too tight and I helped him to talk to his Mom. He had seen a doctor and for 6 months he used a cream that the doctor prescribed without success. His mother had not realized his problem and was remarkably supportive (she had been one who had been attracted to the anti-circumcision camp before he was born)when he finally got up his courage and talked to her. (Like I mentioned above, he told her how he appreciated having the opportunity to try to stay uncircumcised and how he was now willing to have it done) When his Mom heard how he had made an effort and it hadn't worked she willingly signed permission for him to get circumcised.
By the way, he found the experience much less painful than expected and healed up in about three weeks. (Just goes to show that many Moms really can be concerned, sensitive and sympathetic for their sons!) He also managed to have his operation with a spinal anesthetic (like women have when we give birth). He was very nervous about being 'put to sleep'.
Obviously I do not know how you and your parents get along or how they might feel. I know too that going through your experience is very embarrassing for many boys. You are on the right track and, as you are willing to get circumcised, you are likely to get the permanent solution you need. Congratulations! See your doctor and go from there! I wish you the very best.

Circumcision should only be used as a last resort treatment. Stretching usually works, particularly in conjunction with Betamethasone cream. The cream won't do anything unless you stretch regularly but speeds things up a lot if you are stretching. See my stretching instructions for more information. Just click the link below.

If you are under aged, you may need your parents' permission, so it may be difficult to keep it from them. The procedure would be done as an out patient service which means it would be done and you would go home. There would be no stay in the hospital Also, you should consult your doctor who is qualified, trained, and licensed to give you medical advice.People on this site are not. Good luck.

Don't be afraid to tell your parents - tell them it is hard to keep clean and it is sometimes uncomfortable...I'm assuming you don't want them to know about sexual matters - make it a matter of keeping clean and comfortable.
