Selling Business: How long for an offer after a showing?

Question

We are currently selling our business. We had an interested buyer look at it yesterday with our real estate agent. My son was working at the time and said he looked really interested while looking around. Just wondering how long it usually takes from a showing to getting an offer. I'm REALLY hoping I get an offer and the waiting is a killer so just wondering what the average wait time is.

Well Monday morning the RE Agent called to say how well it went and said he expects to sit down with the buyer to prepare on offer later this week! YAY!!

You should call your RE angent and ask them how it went.
