No. The three reporting agencies (Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion) all report spouses credit status separately so any credit inquiry made to one of these agencies by your creditor would bring up your spouse's information, not yours.

NO...if you do that without the knowledge of your spouse you can get in big trouble and the credit is still theres, not yours. Be ethical!
