I am looking for self help and think maybe this movie may have some good ideas?

It is a good movie. You will learn the law of attraction and it works very well for me.
If you want to watch the first 20 minutes, I put it on my personal blog so eveyone can see it!

I've never watched this movie. Is it about movie making - if so I'd reccomend Robert Rodgriez's book "Rebel without a clue"

It depends on what you're looking for. It's very new age thinking. Basically, wishful thinking = anything you want. It is interesting if you are an undying optimist, however, there is very little entertainment value to it at all.
