Yes there is. I am actually having surgery this Friday (the 20th) to have mine reversed. I had clamps put on mine almost 7 years ago, and I am now wanting to have a baby with my new hubby. I have done a lot of research and chances for ages 25-29 are 100%,
30 to 34 years, 91.9 percent
35 to 39 years, 79.5 percent
40 to 45 years, 70.6 percent.
And conception 2-3 months after surgery.
I have done other research that told me similar results. So it evens out to be very good results. Insurance doesn't cover it though just to warn you and it cost us $6500. If you are serious, go to your gyn and ask him for more info. Mine referred me to one that does this type of surgery. I am sure where you live there are doctors who do this.
I have my pre-op on Tuesday I will have more info then. You are welcome to email me and ask more questions once I have seen the doctor and can tell you what's been said! (keelystockard@yahoo.com)
Good Luck!

There's a reversal procedure, or you can choose invitro fertilization. See your doctor for all your options and the pros and cons of each.
