Should I RE-take the TOEFL IBT since I got 110?

I mean scholarships and stuff

I would be surprised. Normally the TOEFL is used to rule out people whose English isn't up to par for whatever they want to do. The scholarship may require a minimum TOEFL score, but (as I answered in a previous question) it's unlikely that that minimum is above 110, and they would almost certainly not rank the applicants who've reached that score on the basis of their TOEFLs.
