My Dad has been looking for this song for years. He says it is not on any of Roger Millers CD's... but he saw him sing it on a tv show years and years ago. [late 80's early 90's] It goes something like this:

i tried really hard to find this info for you with no luck mybe it was a song of someone else that he sang there are about 250 of his lyrics there maybe you will find it i looked thogh about 50 that i thought might be it but they were not the one but maybe you can find it there good luck for some reason it want let me type in the complete link so after the last /put roger_miller

The only recording of this song I could find reference to was by a group called "Guff" from 2003.
Perhaps Roger Miller sang this song on the tv show but never recorded it. I checked the songs recorded by him listed on All Music Guide and that one wasn't included.

i'm with you on the Roger Miller, yet many of the others an incredible too. I kinda think of my fav, however, is "In usa" via Charlie Daniels. i'm continually one to down all the no longer united states songs, yet that one incredibly says what i've got confidence
