Prelude is before it starts. The music that plays while the audience is filing in and waiting for things to start.
An intro is short for introduction and is what lets you know that it is starting. Usually the music has changed from the prelude. It is more intense, louder, and begins to set the scene.
Interlude happens in the middle, at intermission.
