forgiveness?

I was wondering:
How is it so easy for some people to forgive others?
Is it easy for you? If so, how do you do it?

It depends on some people, some are very open minded and others are a little tough.
It's quite easy for me depending on what the person has done to me.

Good question.
I forgive people because I feel there's no point in holding grudges and being mad. It takes a lot more energy to be sad than it does happy, and when you are able to forgive, you're happier. I don't really know how to explain it, but forgiveness is what makes the world go round.

I can forgive....it hasn't always been easy. The ability for me to forgive comes from my understanding of how and why I was offended along with the offenders motivation for doing what they did.

It's pretty easy for me to forgive someone...
But it really depends on what they did.

It is not always easy but it is always necessary. I feel like poop if I hang on to the bad feelings. So, I forgive and move on. Let someone else hang on to their misery, life is supposed to be happy.

i can forgive and have for a range of many hurtful things, but. i never forget.
it takes alot of time to forgive.

I can't say it's easy for me to forgive, but, it's impossible for me to forget. There's really no strategy to forgiving ... you either have it in you, or you don't. :)

I am one of those who seem not to be able to forgive/ forget--- I hold things in my heart.. and I feel so under pressure and it makes me sad that I cant move on ...
