if you want to play big time, high stakes then go to any of the larger casinos. the best time to play is whenever the table is full. i've played great tables at 8am and at 2am. the best way to play craps is with a full table. there's a better vibe when there's more people. hang out on the outside for awhile and get your own feel for the table. many people play on instinct and yours will tell you what table to play at.

"homeskillet" is right about the Casino Royale, the table minimums are low and they have 100x odds.

A great place to play for the low roller is the Westin Casuarina, between 5pm-10pm they have happy hour and you can play craps for $1. The Westin is two blocks East of the strip on Flamingo.

Two great sites for gamblers

My husband is a craps player and his favorite place to play is Casino Royale (between Harrahs and Venetian). The minimum bets are low and he hardly ever has trouble getting on a table no matter what time of day it is.
