You can't

It's a 2d shape so doesn 't have a volume

It's area = pi x radius^2

So yours is 69.1cm^2

its: volume=4/3¶r3

Circles don't have volume.

If you want the area it is:
PI (about 3.14) * 7 * 7

If you want the volume of a sphere it is
4/3 * PI * 7 * 7 * 7

A circle has area but not volume....maybe rethink your question.
