Looking for a little extra height.?

Is it better to put a body lift or a suspension lift on my 99' 4-runner?

2 inch suspension lift is fairly easy and cheap.
More than that a whole bunch of stuff needs replacing.

Maybe throw some 31's, or 33's on the wheels.
