excellent question in my humble opinion no one is a criminal we are all the victims of ignorance your covering your responsabilities and you use co co to give something to yourself i personally dont think i have the right to tell you what your doing is wrong you might not like the effects of alcohol on your mind and like the effect of co co so my friend look at very closely at the one who calls you a criminal whats he upto i bet you its a lot worse than unwinding with the auld co co

No he`s not. I`m very anti drugs by the way. BUT - people have this image of druggies, and it`s a scruff bag, out of work, sat around all day watching telly, going out robbing to support their habit etc etc. It`s not like that - in a lot of cases the person is hard working, living a normal life, being good to their kids - and just can`t kick the habit. It`s a fact. I know a couple of blokes in this situation - they both work hard - and are good dads. Go on, give me the thumbs down now - i don`t care - it`s the truth.

Unfortunately yes. I believe this to be ridiculous, we meet daily functioning alcoholics and others with drug habits, legal or otherwise, working and in productive jobs with no ill effects to the world, other than themselves. ( I accept that at times also to those around them ) We don't make them criminals. The 'war' on drugs is, like many wars, ill conceived and not thought out.

He's a criminal because the Government decide what is legal or illegal. However in my eyes he is not, he is just a weak victim of his own lack of self discipline. That's is why we need to instill discipline from an early age.

he is a criminal by law but morally just a bit of a fool really, drugs don't ever help a situation they only keep you in it or hinder you from learning and moving forward

Legally, he commits a crime since our elected officials have decided that using cocaine IS a crime.
Morally, he is abusing his body, a gift from God, and that is a sin.
Physically, he is shortening his life and damaging his health.
Mentally, he's an idiot!
Personally, he needs help. Hopefully he thinks so too and will get it.
