Blissfully nothing. I might cook a little and toss a load of wash in. Or go to a yard sale. I used to work late Saturday nights so Sunday started my weekend and I'd do not a darned thing all day and just relax. Monday I'd get around to more chores, and then back at it on Tuesday to cook. So I always call Sunday my "down day".

I usually catch up on any work and try to spend some time goofing off. It is usually the only day of the week my apartment gets thoroughly cleaned :)

Sometimes go to Church, sometimes I do not.
I will go to the garden (to check for weeds) watch my birds feeding and read....catch up on letters.
