I bought an item on eBay over 2 weeks ago and the seller said they sent it and i should have gotten it by now. I am going to file a dispute, they dont have tracking or anything. Will i get my money back because i never received my item?

most of the time.. yes IF the seller has the funds in their account
be prepared for negative feedback for your eBay ID from the seller
I usually give the seller one month, email them a few days and THEN if no response I file a dispute

This a hard call to make. As stated it may be best to go through Ebay. I know when I sold things on Ebay, I always had a tracking number. One; the person had an idea where their package was and Two; it gave me confirmation it was delivered.

you would have better luck filing with ebay than paypal (but maybe you should do both)

have you asked the guy who shipped it for a tracking #, date, carrier, etc?
