They try to Tax you out of existence and then pile on more taxes after the biz is gone to make sure you don't come back.
Just kidding, go to the small business administration and cull your facts from their website. Also check out the IRS website and look for their programs to help small business. There is enough info on those 2 site alone to write a 5000 word essay.
