I rode my pocket bike 3 times, and it worked and started perfectly. The next day i started it, it worked for approximetly 4 seconds and it stopped. this happened all the times ive tried. The clutch was on the "up" position and it starts and doesn't turn off, but then it won't accelarate on that clutch position. i tried the clutch "down", and that's when it accelrates and turns off automatically after 3-5 seconds. the bike was on "ON" but still didnt work. the oil tank is filled up too. the gas and oil i used were regular car oil filled up to the mixing bottle and a little bit of GTX gas. Can you guys tell me what im doing wrong or what is going on that's wrong. Thanks a lot.

If you meant the choke, id be willing to bet its the float in the carb sticking. I had one with the same problem. Take the carb apart and debur the float and clean it good. also use 2 stroke oil. Not car oil

You mention a "clutch" in up and down positions, do you mean the Choke? You might be moving the choke to run position too soon causing the engine to stall. IF it is a typical chinese pocket bike they require premium fuel and will not run on regular so make sure you have the best gas you can get. Is it a 2 or 4 cycle engine? IF you got that mixed up and put 4 cycle fuel into a 2 cycle engine you may have major engine damage.
