Dull. People who think negitavly of you usualy call you annoying...Dull just means that youre boring but people can still hang around you. Annoying means noone wants to be youre friend because you annoy them.

Annoying by far! I'm considered annoying by many, but many others adore me. If I was dull, I may not have as many friends as I do.

Consideration is the poor mans publicity, as in any publicity is good publicity.
If you consider me annoying, it means at least you care how we interact, and knowing you do so, gives me the opportunity to better myself.
If you consider me dull, it means I have a chance to show you a brighter me, and it shows maybe I have just not shown you how I can brighten your day. Maybe to see me in a brighter light I can tempt you to take off your sunglasses!
Annoying or dull, at least I am being considered.

Either way, people would most likely avoid you... So, I would say I'd rather be considered annoying. At least then, I would have some uniqueness to my personality.
