Considering the number of people living in India, it is a wonder that it is not worse than it is.

Frankly, the US legal system has some of the same issues as the Indian legal system.

Only when the people of India demand a better legal system and vote in the legislators that will overhaul the system, there will be no change. The same is true for the US also.
