how to reset password for paradyne dsl router ?

Since you did not tell us the exact model you have I will have to give you the generic answer. You should goto the paradyne web site and download the user guide for the router you have. Click Below:

On the back of the router there is a small pinhole. Use a paperclip and insert it into the pinhole. That is the reset router button. Hold the button and unplug the routers power. Count to 10 and plug the power back in. Count to 10 again and release the reset button.

That should restore the router back to its factory defaults.
Now the bad news is you will have to set the router back up again with all your ISP Information before you will get back online again.
