as I have heard, it will over time shrink,and there would be some calcium deposits.

If you have an enlarged prostate and are having urinary problems, caffeine can make the problem worse.

Caffeine is a stimulant, causing you to urinate out more fluid than you actually consumed. It overstimulates the bladder, causing the prostate to excrete fluids.
